If you are a user of prior versions of Diagnostix (1.0 through 2.5), you qualify for a discounted purchase. You must request an upgrade in order to receive the discount. Note: Please do not purchase DX3 at the full price and then request a discount. Please submit an upgrade request first, then we will send you a link to buy at the discounted rate.

Refunds/Returns

Please try the software out by using the trial version prior to your purchase. Once you have purchased and activated the software on your machine, a refund cannot be made.
